Terms of Service

Buying any artwork from me means that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service!

  • Payment is via Stripe invoice ONLY! - Full payment is expected after the sketch has been approved.

  • The Commissioner is expected to provide a CLEAR visual reference of their character. Descriptions will NOT be accepted.

  • The Commissioner understands that their piece may be streamed on Twitch.

    • If I am working on your piece during stream, you may request any changes free of charge.​

  • Private commissions will incur a 50% charge.

  • Short Notice Commissions will incur an additional charge.

  • Any fixes to the finalized piece will result in an additional charge.

    • Fixes due to my own oversight are free.​

  • I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason.

  • Any additional WIPs must be requested past the sketch approval.

    • It ruins my workflow to stop once I begin inking.​

  • All commissions are subject to additional charges depending on the circumstances.

  • I reserve the right to alter character colors for the sake of composition and color homogeny.

  • I reserve the express right to update this sheet at any time.

End User License

 

  • You may:

    • Use your artwork for a wallpaper, avatar, banner, etc.​

    • Print the artwork on paper, shirts or other wearables for PERSONAL use only.

    • Repost on socials and galleries with proper credit.

  • You may not:

    • Resell the artwork.​

    • Use it for AI or NFT purposes.

    • Pass it off as your own.

    • Repost without credit
